Industrial Storage Buildings keep Pallets Dry
L-Series Industrial Storage Buildings
An international leading confectionery manufacturer approached HTS when they needed two industrial storage buildings to provide cover for pallets that had previously been stored outside.
They had adequate space on site to house the additional units but one of the buildings needed to be installed onto sloping ground with a significant incline.
Although the client had no previous experience of temporary buildings they were confident enough to chose HTS for the project based on the relationship that was developed from first point of enquiry and on through the sales process. They also understood very early on they were dealing directly with the industry manufacturer.
The two buildings were of the same specification as follows:
- 10.00m wide by 20.00m long by 5.20m eave height
- Thermo insulated PVC roof covers with single skin PVC gable triangle covers
- Single skin corrugated steel sheet walling in brown
- 2 x Personnel doors and 1 x electric speed door
- 3 x HIGH BAY LED lights 160 w
- External gutter system and down-pipes
The HTS Site Manager for the project was bought in early on to carry out the measurements and calculations for the building on the sloping gradient and also work with the client on delivering a concrete pad for the second building.
The client very quickly and economically had two industrial storage buildings, matching their corporate branding, installed on site and filled up with pallets, dry and ready to distribute confectionery around the world.
The success of this first project is now leading onto a third building which will be used to house machinery and equipment.
