THERMO-INSULATED MODULAR BUILDINGS

Both energy efficient and aesthetically pleasing, THERMO-insulated portable temporary warehouse buildings consist of two layers of robust industrial grade PVC coated polyester material which are inflated by means of an automatic low pressure air compressor pump. Each roof cover is linked to the next by specially designed air-pipes which, when installed, maintains airpressure into the roof sections. Quick link to Thermo-Insulated Buildings Range

This roof system creates an insulating effect which radically minimises the risk of internal condensation forming on the inside of the roof. This makes the system the ideal solution for public facilities such as retail stores and sports halls as well storage areas for general perishable packaged items such as electronics. In addition, thanks to the air envelope of the roof, the use of our THERMO roofs can drastically reduce your heating and cooling costs especially so, when combined with our exclusive patented Low-E and roof fabric.

Dependent on customer requirements our modular temporary warehouse buildings are available with a variety of economical wall cladding systems. These include: corrugated steel sheet; insulated composite panels; or environmentally friendly re-cycled UPVC walling. Strength and durability are the key features of our buildings. The main framework of our portable buildings are manufactured from maintenance free, highly durable and robust extruded structural grade aluminum alloy for the main uprights, rafters and roof purlins and corrosive resistant hot dipped galvanised steel for all connection pieces. –All HTS INDUSTRIAL structure frames are supplied with a comprehensive ten year warranty against material defects.
